I do not feel hungry & being very weak. In my breakfast I only eat a fried bread with some vegetable. After 2:00pm I eat a plate of rice with some curry. At night after 10:00pm I only eat half plate price with curry. I do not feel hungry. My stool is not clear also. I think my digestion power is low. Please advice.
