o and im 5'5" weigh around 115
have black mediume length curly hair

If you're female, then as passionately as possible.
Kissing, like so many other things, is a lost art.
It needs to start out gentle, like you're tasting a fine desert. 'Taste' the lips, gentle nibble or lightly suck on the lower lip, while cradling the girl's chin in a soft and gentle manner. Maybe use the fingers of the other hand to stroke the bottom area of the ears and the nape of the neck. Do NOT rush the tongue into the moment, it will happen on its' own when the correct time comes.
After a few minutes of this, then the kissing develops on it's own unless the girl is dead or paralyzed.
I never try touching her inappropriately as it detracts from the beautiful experience of 'loving her lips'.
Always kiss a woman as if she's the most beautiful woman in the world, otherwise you're wasting her time and insulting her intelligence.
