it is simple isn't it. at least for us who already know of His Love. but there are people in this world who have never even heard that there is a God that Loves them so much, never in their entire lives! they don't know that Christ died for them, and that he rose again, that's He still alive and at the right hand of God and that He loves them and wants to be with them for all eternity.
it's hard for us to imagine that there are people who don't know our Great God, but there are. there are even people who believe in False gods, Man made gods that are nothing more than stone and others who don't believe in anything at all, and it's sad, but it's true, there are people who have just never heard of God and some who have grown up being taught to believe in something different. and for them it's very hard to believe that what they've known for so longe is false, because it's been as instilled in them as God has been in us.
that is why it's so important to spread the truth you know, respectfully, lovingly and by livinging it out for all to see every moment of everyday. it doesn't mean you'll be perfect and it doesn't mean that you have to be, it just means that you try with all you've got to show this world around you that there IS an Impacting and Personal God that can and will make a difference in your life.
i was going to say 'that i wish it was simple...' but the truth is that really we are the ones that make it overly complicated. we worry more about what others will think or do than we do about how God thinks about us.
"Go and spread the Word to all the Nations" He told us what to do, he made it very simple. now let's go!

See for the most part i do agree with you. Except that the worship of God was created by religion. People didnt just start worshiping God on their own without any real direction. God is God, no matter what you call him. The problem is that people made rules when it comes to God and they didnt agree with eachother and thats why there are so many different religions. I just wish people would accept the fact that no one knows the real "truth" and stop arguing about who is right and who is wrong. None of us will know which religion if any is the true and correct one until we die, and I can promise y ou that many people who judge other relgions will be the ones to be judged by him.

Muslims know that and what I believe more is that all religions have called. A Muslim can't be one if didn't believe that there is only one God and he must also believes in all the messengers of God (Jesus, Moses, Abraham, David, etc).
The problem is that religion have been very badly exploited by those who seeks power from the beginning of humanity. This have resulted and with time to the creation of what it seems different religions but truly all religions calls for the one god.

You pompous jackass. The root cause of almost all of history's countless wars, including those going on today, is religion. The Christian Church has been the biggest single brake on human progress and the most intractable cause of conflict since its inception. There is no God, there is no Heaven, Hell or Purgatory. The whole thing is a shameless fairy story and because of brain dead morons like you telling everyone how twiffic it's going to be when we are all dead an' in heaven an' stuff, it's going to continue to propogate.

I agree with the bit we have to unite in love but sorry mate, that's not going to happen by telling people there is only one true god.
If you want to unite people you have to learn tolerance, especially tolerance for everyone's different beliefs. I for a start do not believe in a god but in the earth goddess, does that make me less of a person? No. My faith tells me about peace and love... without your "one true god". Respect each other, that's the way to peace!

Why do people like you find it so difficult to accept that you cannot know that God exists any more than anyone else can know that he doesn't? How can you speak of peace and unity and denounce other people's equally valid beliefs in the same breath? What we need to unite in is reality. We all need to stop believing we know things that we don't. (That means you, too.) We need to work out real solutions to our problems, rather than putting our faith into the placebo that is religion.

Because they hear but do not understand, they see but do not perceive. They are blinded form the truth. People would rather accept that God don't exist or to create another god, or many gods than to believe the truth. They think that God has to be logical, when what they really need is faith.
All we can do is share his love and pray for them. Jesus is Lord.

Because your God isn't for everyone. My Gods are for me and you will never convince me that your God is better. My freewill says to go my way and let you go yours. That doesn't mean we have to argue about it. We can sit down and have a rational conversation about it. Unless, that is, you have a closed mind about it. But if your God is truly about Love then you wouldn't have a closed mind, would you?

There is only ONE GOD for all.
One cast, one God ,one religion for all.
Christans call God
Hindus call Eswar
Muslims call Allah
Buddists call Buddha etc
What is happening that each religion call god by different names.
If we can find a commonly acceptable name for GOD for all religions the problem will be solved.I hope all religious heads will convene a meeting and introduce a coomon name for God.

i agree: There is only One True God. You find a lot of "religious" people saying things to the contrary, or making distinctions between the God that Christians and Muslims worship.
If there's only ONE GOD...how can there be a difference???

Because people like you, don't realise that not everyone is going to accept your god as they want to worship other dieties, i think when religious groups (esp, christians and musilms and jews and any other religion) stop trying to pressure other religous groups and just accept that they are different, the world will be a happier place.
