I am more likely to get it when I eat meals with meat dishes than vegetable dishes.

could be your gallbladder. Heavy fatty meals tend to make cholylithiasis worse, go to the docs, it can be life threatening if it gets out of hand.

If preceded by a bout of heavy drinking it could be a mild episode of "acute pancreatitis".
Consult a doctor.

its some sort of digestive disorder, i forget the name for it. my advice to you is to see a doctor. also, dont eat unti you are "stuffed." leave a little room. for whatever reason your body is having trouble digesting food at what was once a normal speed for you.
