You are right they have no such right. And personally I believe they all do it for simply the power that it brings to them. You know, actually Islam gives no place to clerics and priests. Some misguided Muslims, however,do take their word for God's and and believe them blindly. Let me tell you that these are very few in proportion as compared to what the Media shows them.

Okay so that part is over. The second point is, that if you believe in God, I say IF, then you would want to and love to abide by his guidance, isn't it? So you would be giving yourself in. To God that is. Okay? Of course you might choose to disbelieve. For those who live by him, God as ordered to spread his message, please see that this is the case of both major religions of the world. So that gives them the licence to preach us. But the lifestyle is chosen by us according to our own priorities okay.

Let me tell you it is very rare that a Muslim fundementalist suggests you how to do a particular thing. And Saying that I must prompltly add that the Western Media blows such instances out of proportions. I for one have never been advised without seeking advice nor have I seen anyone I know.

Let me now put the last point: Fatwa. you know on many controversial issues "Clerics" issue Fatwa that is misunderstood as the Law of Islam. This gives a derogatory face to Islam when the Media shows it as final word beyond which no appeals can be made. But the truth is FATWA IS ONLY AN ADVICE OF AN ISLAMIC SCHOLAR BASED ON THE SHARIYAT LAWS AND THE INDIVIDUAL HAS EVERY RIGHT TO GO BY HIS WILL.
(please see scholars may have different opinions among themselves)
Because on the Day of Judgement there will be only you alone to answer for yourself.

Answering from the United States...

There's not a whole lot of limitations on what people can say. If fundamentalists choose to spend their time telling others how to live their lives, they have that right, so long as their free speech doesn't impinge upon the rights of others.

In other countries, fundamentalists may not have the same freedoms of speech as they do here in the US.

have faith me, the conservatives are coming to skill quickly, they gained't permit this proceed, human beings have uproared approximately this, it won't ensue returned after the subsequent typical election, the BNP gets a hell of lots greater votes, and then, whn mosques are burned down, and muslims battered on the streets, they are going to sense sorry approximately what they did, I have not any issue with non violent muslims, yet whilst a muslim chum of mine ever did that, i might a million/2 kill them, on account that an excellent style of human beings sense the comparable way, the conservatives will come into skill, and it will supply up.

i think to some degree they think there religion is a load of bullshit but will never admit to it, so they try to find as many followers and force the people to believe the same thing they do, so they don't look stupid for believing in such hobble wash.

Unfortunately, we do have freedom of speech in the U.S. But the good news is you can also exercise your right of free speech to tell them off!

You do not sound like someone who would be force to do as others please, why so upset over what others said or preached?

Surely they have the right to say, and you have to right to reject.

Human rights, freedom of expression, it is for both sides.

I would love to see the day when all organized religions are crushed out of existence. They cause absolutely nothing but misery, guilt and death.
