please! puking is NOT the answer. Check out the website of Dr. Kenneth Cooper, and or the Cooper aerobics center. You need to burn more calories than you take in (in a nutshell). I don't know what you like to do but try bicycling, tennis, basketball or something similar for at least 45 min per session three times a week to burn calories, then do some calistentics (exercises) like crunches, etc. Get a magazine like Men's Fitness, or Men's health......or even catch some of the shows on Fit network (cable)

It takes time to lose weight. Puking or throwing up WILL NOT help you. It will only make you sick and you will gain any wieght lost right back again. Cut back on what you eat and make it healthy food. You should also exercise at least 30 minutes a day. To make your abs hard and defined, crunches and sit ups are still the best. But work your whole body when you exercise and you will dee all of you become toned and defined. I did this and I have lost 64 pounds in 9 months. Good Luck!

BE ACTIVE! I think that's all that's need to be said.

There are a few things you should know:

1. You need a good balance of different types of food. Eating less will lower your ability to burn off the food you are eating. But if you are active, you increase this ability.

2. You cannot loose fat on diet alone, you need to be active (exercise, play sports, ride bikes, run, etc). For anybody, weight loss depends on burning more calories than you are actually taking in. Find a new place to go to or make up your own work outs.

3. Puking after you eat is called bulimia and that is an eating disorder that's going to harm your health in the long run. Please stop puking.

4. If your school has coaches that train those athletes who are in good shape, dont be afraid to ask for advice from the coaches.

First, you need to get you head out of your butt!
Now, stop eating foods high in fat, cholesterol and empty carbs.
The fat around your gut is usually the first place your body stores it and the last place you can burn it off. Be patient!
Eat smart, stop drinking all sodas, do not drink coffee or tea either, and avoid sugar if you can.
For breakfast eat 1 slice of dry toast, wash it down with water.
Oh you will be drinking lots of water so stay near a urinal.
For lunch eat a salad and rip up some lean lunch meat into it, oh and lots more water.
for a snack, eat UNSALTED, almonds (no more than 1 handful) and more water (see the theme?)
Chew lots of sugerless gum all day (really)
for dinner you can have whatever you want, but look at your empty plate before starting and say "ok whatever I put here, I will have on me in the morning" Don't overload!
Go to bed early, no snacking, and no eating for 2 hours before bed time!

For excersise, run and do some light weights. Do sit-up but remember, sit-ups don't burn ab-fat, they build ab muscles

If you binge and purge (or even just purge), your body is going to hold onto any what it needs to survive. This is going to be fat cells -- they last longer. You'll ultimately end up gaining weight.

Put down the cookies and get your fat gut outside to do some exercise. Furthermore, quit making excuses for why you gained weight and just lose it. It sounds like you need a good kick in the pants and not someone to coddle you.

DON"T DO THAT!!! Puking is NOT the way to loose weight!! Mabie do some ab workouts ...a lot of them; and if you do them correctly and enough you should see results within 3 weeks. Also eating a healthy diet will help.

NO! DON'T PUKE! Don't become anorexic!

Try some regular excerise. Also, yoga will help you loose inches fast at first. So that is the best for you. Also, try drinking a glass of water before every meal. That will help you loose weight too.

puking is unhealthy, it tricks the body into "starvation mode" this will make you gain more fats when u eat foods cuase ur body thinks u need all of it, it also burns away ur throat lining. Try to eat a good balance of fruits, vegies, and meat(portein) and with moderate exercise you should start to get in shape.

NO ya gearbox! Puking will NOT help! At 14 you need to check the family genetics and change your diet. Fruit is full of natural sugars so you won't lose weight doing that.
Most importantly, nothing you do will help without EXERCISE!!!
