That is a Chinese Shar-pei. Read up about this breed before choosing to take one home. They have special... temperaments.

It is a Chinese Shar-Pei.
As puppies, they are really adorable, but they kind of grow into their wrinkles a little. I would stay away from them as pets, though, because of the breed's temperment problems.
