He has a lot of good ones--but is that just inevitable since he was such a public figure, or is he really a natural at comeback lines and ad-lib remarks.

Please try to read the question. We all know his selected lines, but I want to know if he was constantly making those intelligent remarks or if it is due to the amount of talking he did.
