Three= completely fluent English, almost the same for French and learning Spanish.

Oh, and by the way, "Je ne me vante pas." means absolutely nothing in French.

I speak English, which is the language that I think in. I am also fluent (oral & written) in Cantonese Chinese, but I rarely think in it. I also know some Spanish, French and Italian. I'm a native New Yorker.
