it depends though. if the sister in law refers to the wife of my mother's brother. or the sister in law's brother is other than my father like say my uncle.

It depends which brother your mother's sister-in-law's is referred to...the child may be your cousin, or, if you means mother's sister-in-law's brother is your father, then he/she may be your brother/sister, or even yourself...
