Well, why it is possible that the people who designed the concept behind Wikipedia did so under the tutelage of the dark one, I find it hard to believe.
I'm under the impression, from my limited review of the wikipedia site, that the concept behind the site is that all of the entries are posts from everyday people who feel that they are subject matter experts in the subjects they are posting on.
Thus, if the entire site is composed of entries from everyday people, your question means one of the following.
1) You are implying that the Devil is a group of people (legion?) and that each of these individual pieces of the Devil has created the site.
2) Or that the Devil has individually or as a group possessed every single one of the people who has posted an entry.
3) That the Devil has encouraged, perhaps through bribery, blackmail, a nice piece of candy, promises of bedroom debauchery, or just by saying pretty pretty please, each of the posters to post their entry. This would of course play right into his/her/it's hands as the master of lies.
4) The Devil is actually the creator of the website and all of the posts purporting to be from others are really just posted by the Devil him/her/itself.
5) That the Devil has absolutely nothing to do with the Wikipedia site, but instead uses it as a resource, no, as his/hers/it's primary form of information for all things in heaven, on earth, and in hell.
6) That the Devil owns the Wikipedia site and through clever advertising ruses and backroom deals with shady characters, makes money off of those who use the site. Thus it is his site because he has purchased it.
Hmmm, I don't know. I've read through the possibilities that came to mind, and regretfully none of them seem quite plausible. They just don't seem right, but I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's for one of the following reasons.
1) The Devil is a fictional character created in a mythlike format to act as not only a scapegoat for all of our badness but also as a scary monster to create faith in the faithless and goodness in those tempting the path of darkness.
2) That even if the Devil were real, we must assume that the books about him are correct (not written by him) and that he has 1/3rd of the hosts of heaven with him and that he was in fact a pretty good guy, just opposed god.
3) That the Devil would choose some much funner sites to have as his/her/it's encyclopedia...perhaps this one?
Love as always,
Sebastian

Yes. See God doesnt like people asking questions and seeking information concerning the truth from the "worldly secular media". The devil wants us to be informed of the natural world. Every now and then God puts some deception into wikipedia to try and show people how deceptive it is.. But it doesnt take too long for the devil to catch it out.
Christians need to pray more, so God has more power. The devil as winning tooooo much territory.
Its like a cheese sandwich, you need to have two slices of bread, with the cheese inside.
ps (of course my analogy made no sense what soever, that was the point)

I guess if you think that socially defined standards is comparable to the devil then you could call it that.
Wikipedia is actually more factual and acurate due to public moderation than any grant funded or company devised encyclopedia ever could be.
Look up ignorance in every dictionary you can find.
Then look up fundamentalist.

WHAT? OK, the authorities should be over any minute to take your computer away and chop off your fingers for typing such a ridiculous question! it's just a reference.

No, I don't think so. The whole encyclopedia has been compiled by human input.
