My biggest turn off with the ladies, is ones that ask too many questions and won't stop talking.
As to Turn ons, gals who listen and don't nag and who don't talk to much. I mean those who can't manage to shut up for one solid minute.
I love a girl that can talk, but still knows when to be quiet, when needed.

Stalkers turn guys and girls off, and a tease turns both on though not for long. ie You shouldn't tease unless you're willing to go further.
