Well,
Geneitically speaking all humans are the same. The only difference is a bit of specialization and adaptation. Different people groups begin to show similar characteristics because certian gene combinations become more dominant. Hence, red headed Irishmen, but not so many red headed Austrailian bushmen. Get it.
Now to answer the rest of the question. How did God do this? Well, if you will. The tower of Babel would allow for such groupings of people. People who spoke the same language would group together, this allows for the specialization that I spoke of before.

read the first book of the bible[kjv] god formed the dust of the earth and made a body then he took his breath and put it into your nose and gave you life.he made woman the same way with one exception he took a rib out of a mans body and gave it to the woman.god knows all and he sees all.he even knows the number of hairs on youre head.your life was planned out before you were in your mathers womb

didn't make everyone look the same. Like it says that God made Red, Brown, Yellow, Black and White, they are all precious in his

We'd be kind of irritated by now if we all had the same body. God was wise to make us with different bodies.

I'M MAD AT HIM ABOUT THAT BECAUSE HE MADE MINES CUTE BEFORE KIDS, BUT AFTER MY KIDS IT'S ALL ****** UP, AND IT'LL NEVER BE THE SAME. AND I RETAINED ALOT OF WATER, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T EAT ALOT. I'M 70LBS OVER WEIGHT. WITH TWO YRS.
