You WANT nightmares?

You could try watching scary movies, bloody war movies, cheat on taxes, visit a war zone, go to a mexican jail, eat food that will give you a stomach ache. stay up for several days and only let yourself sleep 10 minutes at a time. do something bad to someone else.

See the web page below and do the opposite of what it suggests.

I don't understand why you want to give yourself nightmares, but whatever. The best way is to go through some really traumatic experience, but that's probably a bad way to do it. A good scary movie usually does it.

Sure fire way to get nightmares:
-watch a scary movie while eating pizza. Go directly to bed. Leave the lights off and pre arrange a friend to call you at 3 AM. If you pick up, they should just hang up. It may not scare you, but it may disterb your sleep pattern enough to do it.

I watch something scary on TV, turn out the lights, and listen for weird sounds. Then, when I get freaked out, I turn on the lights and go to bed.

I will say the name of a book, a book which you should not read if you value your sanity, but which will certainly give you nightmares.

"House of Leaves"

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Cheese on toast before you go to bed and try not to think of anything scary...

...scary thoughts brushed aside will inevitably raise their scary heads in your dreams so there ya go - nightmare created! :-)
