Frizz-ease is not expensive. Also, use a mouse after shampooing for a cheaper solution.

Well, dry, brittle or frizzy hair may be the result of the lack of oils and healthy nutrition. If your hair is not chemically treated then it might just be in need of occasional hot oil or vitamin treatments. The same goes if your hair is suffering from the over-use of chemicals, however you'll need to pamper those locks intensively and stop using hair wrecking chemicals. Doing this regularly will gradually diminish the frizz.
Supply your hair with the necessary nutrition and moisture that it needs. Not only through feeding it with oils and treatments but through a healthy diet. Use shampoos with natural ingredients and conditioners that contain wheat, rice and corn protein; these help repair the cuticle [of your hair].
Your hair needs moisture which means that it’s thirsty and summer is hereeee, so...be nice and give your hair a drink! Go to Walmart and look for some products containing the proper minerals and ingredients, and try them out. Find what works best for you!
Heh, sorry this was so long!
Good Luck ~ Elle

I have problems with frizziness too. This is my hair regimen to get rid of it! (If you look at my avatar….you’ll see that it really does work!!). Good luck! =)
1. Choose a shampoo or conditioner by looking for the words smoothing, moisturizing or hydrating on the front of the bottle (I use Pantene Pro-V for dry and damaged hair).
2. After washing, towel dry and apply a smoothing or frizz serum (I like John Frieda’s Frizz Ease…found at most drug stores).
3. Let hair hang dry until it is almost fully dry. When almost dry, finish drying with a blow dryer while using a round boar-bristle brush (work with small areas at a time – do not let your hair blow all over the place, otherwise it will just become more unruly).
4. Make sure your hair is completely dry. If there is anymore moisture left it will become frizzy.
5. By using a 1-1/2 inch (or larger) curling iron or a flat iron, you can smooth out any left over frizz.
6. You can also apply a hair wax (like Bumble and Bumble Styling Wax) or pomade (like Got2B Defiant Define Plus Shine Pomade) now.
7. Finish off by using a flexible hair spray (like Finesse’s Touchable hair spray).

Washing your hair too much can cause frizz. So can using hott water in the shower and dryers, irons, and straighteners. To prevent it condition your hair alot, brush it alot, and if you let it air-dry, brush it before it completely dries.
Paul Mitchell makes a really nice leavein conditoner, but it's kinda pricey, so if you dont feel like whipping out the cash, then just use some regular conditioner in moderation (only a dime to half dollar coin sized to the ends depending on the amount of hair you have)

My best advise is to go to ULTRA and ask one of the people that work there and ask them where their Frizz control section is and look there yourself, and buy the cheapest one.
