To everyone that had to add things like "well duh"....This was more of a poll to get others opinions than a question. I am not an idiot. I believe a man can be. I watched a television show and this was the story line. Their were those that agreed it was rape and those who tried to say that it could not have been because he should have been able to fight the women off. I thought it would be interesting to get other peoples opinions on the subject. I don't understand why people feel a need to give smarta$$ answers on here.

Yes, of course. Like you said, an erection is not a sign of consent, but rather a physical response that cannot be controlled. Rape is about control, and a woman can use their sense of control to rape someone, boy or girl.

Yes, if the woman touches him down there or "do stuff" to him, she can easily make him have an erection, even when he does not consent. Also guys that are going through puberty, usually have an erection of about 3 times a day.

Technically yes a woman can rape a man. But in according to the law, a woman can only rape a man if he is a minor, and she is an adult. Or if he is under 14 and she is older. Or if they are related.

I've heard that some women get wet when they are raped.. Not because they like it, but it is the stimulation... I think it is possible..Give a guy viagra and tie him down..i am sure it can happen...I think most men would enjoy it if that is what you are asking...

a woman can most definately force herself on or rape a man.
As you stated an erection is physical...not something that happens only because a man is turned on...hell men have an erection when they wake up in the AM...cause they gotta take a pee!

Yes - rape is when somebody can't give consent (such as when they're drunk or drugged). A man can be taken advantage of as easily as a woman.

Yes, a few ways actually (sex by blackmail is still rape). The thing is guys normally don't mind it that much and no one really believes them when they talk about it. Or they get the " So she forced herself on you and coerced sex right? ...... whats the problem?"

Very much, not that rape is a forced sexual act in that you do not consent to have sex with the allege person/s so force is used to grab your attention.
