I assume you already brush, floss and use mouthwash. There is a product sold on QVC (maybe elsewhere) called TriOral. It worked for me!

brush your teeth and tongue after meal.if it doesn works,the smell probably comes from a decayed tooth-get a filling.some medical problems like uncontrolled diabetes may also cause bad breath.

Brush your tongue or get a tongue scraper. Your tongue hosts 98% of the germs that cause bad breath.

Brush and floss regularly. Remember to brush your tongue. Get good professional dental care (many people have untreated cavities and that can contribute to odor).

Mouth wash...brushing your teeth regularly....Lots of gum and breath mints is brushing just isn't cutting it.

All of the above mention plus drinking plenty of water before breakfast ....See your dentist too for proper medication
