Jesus (Prophet Isaa, son of Maryam) was just a man like Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him). Both gave God's message. It was much later that Jesus was made to look like more than a mortal man. And as for who his better, I have no personal authority over it. But it says in the Qu'ran that Muhammad is the Last and Greatest Prophet ever sent to Earth.

Both of them were great true prophets, but Mohammad was chosen for the final message by God and he did the job as requested in the most perfect way. Do you know that Mohammad lived in a very small room with no furniture, and he used to go to sleep hungry although he had the means of being the wealthiest Arab ever? Do you know that he was the most generous person and the most devoted to worshipping God and his companions never been able to match him in praying and fasting? Do you know that he was the cleanest person you may ever think of as he used to brush his teeth several times a day, keeping his body and clothes very clean and loved perfumes?
