If you know the person's name and approximate age and location, you can use some online services to find out where they live and their phone number. There are tons of them, and you should be able to find one that will do that for you for about $10. Just search Yahoo! with the term "Find a person" and you should get plenty of matches. If you don't know their name, I'm afraid it's going to be almost impossible. Good luck!
