It's for a more recent version of Excel than you and I are using. I have to make a Histogram manually in Excel 97 or 2000.
Click on "help" then "contents/index" and search the index for "histograms". It should explain how to create them in whichever version you're using.

No, you aren't. It is probably an "Add-In."
The easier way to make a Pareto chart is to sort the data, highest to lowest, and then just do a bar chart. It's not a true Pareto, because you won't have the cumulative percent contribution line chart included, but it will give the simple Pareto. I don't think the Excel Pareto gives you the cumulative percent contribution anyway. You may need statistical software to do that. Excel sucks for stats!

Not enough information. What version Excel? What are you trying to do? Suggest you open your worksheet, enter your data, then check the Tools options. If the option you want isn't there, why not checkout Help on the toolbar?

Summary functions for data analysis
Summary functions are used in automatic subtotals, data consolidations, and PivotTable and PivotChart reports. In PivotTable and PivotChart reports, the following summary functions are available for those that are based on non-OLAP source data. For reports that are based on OLAP data, the available summary functions depend on how the cube was defined on the server. For information about summary fields available for your source data, contact your OLAP database administrator.
Function Summarizes
Sum The sum of the values. This is the default function for numeric source data.
Count The number of items. The Count summary function works the same as the COUNTA worksheet function. Count is the default function for source data other than numbers.
Average The average of the values.
Max The largest value.
Min The smallest value.
Product The product of the values.
Count Nums The number of rows that contain numeric data. The Count Nums summary function works the same as the COUNT worksheet function.
StdDev An estimate of the standard deviation of a population, where the sample is all of the data to be summarized.
StdDevp The standard deviation of a population, where the population is all of the data to be summarized.
Var An estimate of the variance of a population, where the sample is all of the data to be summarized.
Varp The variance of a population, where the population is all of the data to be summarized.
Found this in Excel "help". I couldn't find it either on my toolbar.
Hope this helps.

Data Analysis Tools are a special add-in that is not installed by default with MS Excel. Click on Tools-->Add-Ins-->and check "Analysis Toolpak - VBA". You will need your MS Office CD to load this.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.
