Well.. I just moved to this state, Arizona and I met a girl, it was weird I met her before I came online, but now I know her In person for only 3 days, and her birthday is soon (sep 29) and I would like to get her somthing so shes knows i care and such,, I dont know much about her. (as far as what would help on gift ideas) anything from $20-$60

You can't go far wrong, with giving her flowers and a box of candy. You can get some very nice bouquets at your local supermarket or local florists.
Don't go for roses, it's a bit to soon for that. Those tend to have more romantic meanings.
But ladies love flowers, and who can resists a box of chocolates.

A friendship bracelet,a card,get a photo of you and her together then buy her a friendship photo album and put that pic inside in the first page.You can bake her something.Get her a poster of her favorite band.Buy her a cd of her favorite band.
