I think that you should just try and stay away or keep a distance from your best friends boyfriend, no matter how much you may like the flirting and attention, and even if you are developing feelings as the result of these things. It's not right to be flirting with him right in front of her, you may end up losing your best friend over a boy.

Uck, this is a no win situation lol. Happened to me before. First off don't fall for the guy. You may like the attention ect. don't fall for him. If he does that with your bestfriend as a girlfriend how do you think he would treat you as a girlfriend? Like I said this situation happened to me before and I went for it with the girl my bestfriend was after (not with). She said she loved me and all this all junk and then soon as I commited in the least she disappeared and all I had left was a best friend who I had betrayed.

You're flirting with your best friend's boyfriend? Then you're choosing him over her. Don't believe it? Why do you think you're falling for him then? Why would you ask if you should pursue it?
Respect your friend. She'll be there for you in the end. How would you feel in her shoes? And respect yourself. Certainly you wouldn't want to be with someone who would switch girls just because you flirt more than she does or because you make him feel good about himself RIGHT NOW?

If you go after your friends boyfriend, you will lose a friend. boyfriends come and go,,,but friends are hard to come by! If you go after your friends boyfriend because any reason, even if he is cute. You are not a true friend! live and learn I guess.

no i really think that you shouldnt go after your BEST FRIEND's GUY!!! i guess its up to you, but you have to decide which is more important to you... your best friend or this guy... your friend did have him first... you shouldnt be falling for him!! if he flirts with you, you shouldnt flirt back... instead i suggest that you tell your friend because it seems like he is a cheater! if he'll flirt with other girls while he's going out with your friend, how do you think he'll act when you're going out with him?
