totally right, if you were really good to him when you were with him he will totally miss you only thing with that is is there is no set time frame of when he will start to miss you, and also some guys have this pride issue, especially if you dumped him that he wont be able to come back to you even if he wants too but yes definatly that is the way that will make him miss you the most.

You may be right, but don't stop talking to him all together, he'll think that you're mad at him. Just appear to be extremely busy and like you don't have time for him, it might turn out that he'll call you often and try everything he can to make plans with you, then you'll have your answer of whether or not absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder for someone else because they will find someone to fill the void in there life.

Yes, it tends to make the heart grow fonder..usually because you're mind is stuck on remembering the good ole times...pumping the person up to new heights....it could be dangerous though...he might just find someone else to fill that void :-\

Not after a while. If your wife has come home about two to three months a year for the last four years, you just get used to her being gone. In fact, it eventualy gets to the point where her being here feels like having a guest that won't leave (two to three months is a long time to have a house guest).

I can't speak for anyone but me, but my heart couldn't grow any fonder than it is already. But I do miss someone profoundly.......I need to see them soon......

You're 100% right. Ignore the hell out of him, and he'll come knocking in no time.

No that's crazy. If you're not in that situation you are lucky, don't try to put yourself into it, you might regret it forever.
