I would check into doing some highlights with your hair. You are too young yet to show your gray hair and rather than dye your hair continually its the best way to go.If you want the gray look then expect your hair to be grayish in the front and dark in the back. It don't all turn gray at once, its a long process. Try some of those hair gels that make your hair look shinier. That will help some.

I'm 26 & I started getting grays when I was 21, I refuse to let them show. I think you're still too young to go gray. But it's entirly up to you. If you happen to like how the gray streaks look(they can sometimes look nice) I say go for it. If you don't like how they look then you should keep dying your hair. If you're afraid of damage try using demi permanent color. It doesn't have all of the harsh chemicals like permanent color has but it lasts just as long.

What's the problem with revealing the real you? I don't think you need to continue dying. Your hair is the way it is, if it wants to be gray. Let it be gray. It's no big deal.

Grey is a cool color. Do you like grey as a color yourself? Do you have a significant other? Do they care? or do they love you no matter what? Where do you work? Do they have a certain image that they are trying to project? Do you have the energy to change their point of view?
I think people in general put a lot of stake in looking youth and fertile. Hence, the dyeing and plastic surgery etc.
I think you can still look great even with grey hair.
If you keep your greys, it shows that you aren't ashamed of getting older. It shows you are proud of it, as long as your personality shows confidence.

I am 38 and I think it might make you look older if you leave the gray. I would keep coloring it if it were me. I know its a lot of maintenace, but you have the rest of your life to be old. Look young while you can.

I've had gray hairs since grade school. It's beautiful to me, but I only have strands.
I love seeing women with healthy heads of gray hair.

I actually look forward to getting gray, not because I want to be completey gray, but I have black hair, and I want to have one streak of gray, I think that would be really chic.

Try adding a few blonde highlights, it will help blend in your grey and make you look more natural.
Also, Loreal makes this really cool color called natural match, i have used it on my mom a couple times, it washes out in like 28 shampoos, but it colors so nice and you can't tell its color, it lets your natural lights and darks show through.

If you don't have a lot of gray, highlight your hair instead of dyeing it all over. It's less drastic & blends in.
