where you can enter in a few ingredients and it will search for recipes using those ingredients that you list? I used to use it, but forget what it was called!

... but you can also use http://www.epicurious.com if you REALLY love to cook... much better recipes, but far more complex in terms of the cooking structure and methods...
Allrecipes is great for Chili and cookies... Epicurious is good for cooking for someone you like.
