Our sewer line runs right under the kitchen, so running the drain shouldn't be too bad, but the nearest source to plumb the water is about 8 feet away, in a wall of the house (plumbing is run all in the attic). Your responses can give me a wide range... I understand that without seeing the layout of everything, an estimate will be REALLY rough!

The slab will require busting out floor or tunneling both not cheap. Will the island have beams going to the ceiling or will the water be run under the floor? more tunneling or busting out floor. Figure $150.00 or more per foot to tunnel.bust out floor a little less
