First: G-Unit_Fam, that was rude. Second.. theres two ways to look at this. Usually, I try and flirt w/ the guy.. ALOT. and if he seems like he flirst back, or atleast you hope so, keep it up, and see what happened. Also, Asking a person out, used to mean that you asked them out on a date.. not steady. lol. So, you might look at it that way, and say, hey, "wanna go see a movie or something?" Anyways, so yeah. there ya go. Good luck, babe!

Alright well heres a secret, you don't have to lol. If you like the guy and you are pretty sure he is into you just starting dropping signs. Like touch his arm a lot or any physical contact is a good hint. Other then that, you can have fun flirting with him. Sooner or later he will get the hint :P .... I have never had a girl ask me out, I've had them admit feelings and give signs until I get clued in but straight up asking out is something I've always thought the guy should do.

Trust me, it's best to avoid the email. Just go up to him (by all means privately) and give him your number. Mention that you'd like to meet him some time for coffee or lunch or something. That should help clear the air. Avoid email and lengthy phone conversations, because too much body language is omitted from those media of communication. I don't know what sort of guy you're after, but I think I'd give you a chance if you did that to me in the same situation (unless you had a ghastly appearance or something). Good luck!

Okay, allow's forget about all of the sexist humans available in the market! It's the twenty-first freaking century. If you favor anybody, inform them. Girls won't have got to journey backseat to men all of our lives simply on account that it is viewed "culture". Screw that, lol! I have requested out men earlier than, and typically it is going lovely good. Guys like women that take cost. If you I like anybody then I inform them. I feel that is how all women must feel. Yeah it feels well to get requested out, however let's accept it, part the populace does not have the balls for that. Sometimes the woman simply has to get the connection began, then the man can take over from there.

No notes or e-mails.....never put anything in writing. Ask him what he's up to after work or on a certain night, whatever. If he sounds open ask him, if he has something to do, maybe tell him you were gonna go to go to a movie, a walk, whatever you two may have in common, and you wanted some company.

JUST ASK!!!!! Oh man, most guys are too shy and worried about getting put down. As a guy I loved it when a girl asked me(the 2 times that happened, lol) What's the worse that happens? He says no and you don't go out, or you never ask and still don't go out. Ask him, please!!!!

theres 3 ways AIM on the phone or in person heres the problem with each of them
aim they will think ur scared of looking at them
phone better then aim but there some bad connections some times
in person its easy if u really like the person and there no bac draw

Go up to them be you...and be ready...because if your not u and they figure out its not...your in trouble because a guy sees it worse to be lied to then seeing something they dont like..and get out their and jus say"you now im really inteested in you and was wondern if you would go out with me a fun and out going girl(wateva your specialized as bein yourself at)..oh and good luck!
