Okay, so I'm not complaining at all, but I eat kinda bad a lot of the time and don't gain weight, but then when I eat well and cook my meals, I don't lose weight either. Like today I ate pizza for dinner (like 4 huge pieces) and I have been snacking on frozen cookie dough throughout the day (along with my other meals)... and then I might have some ice cream. Gross, I know. And I don't always eat like this, but when I do, it's like it doesn't matter. I am very lucky, but how long will this last? I know I definitely need to eat healthier, and when I do and exercise, my weight doesn't change. I can't imagine being skinnier, but then Hollywood girls are like 20 pounds less than me!!! How long before my metabolism crashes and I really do have to focus betteR?

I'm 25, no children yet, I know all those things factor in. I know I need to eat healthier but it's hard when I don't HAVE to ya know? give me another cookie!! :)

Don't feel bad, sweetie. I'm in my 30's and I can still wear clothes I wore in high school. It's called "good genes"! Count your blessings, but you should try to eat healthily, because you are getting older and it will take it toll on your body sooner or later.

It happens somewhere in the 20s. How old are you now? When I was under 21, girls would always say that it changes after you are 21. I tend to agree with them! But you should watch what you eat not only for you weight. When you eat really well, you feel much better. I know you probably don't feel *bad* bow, but try eating really healthy for a month: you will see the difference.

You should just start eating better now! Trust me, I used to be a bean poll and then one day I turned 30 and wouldn't you know it I was 20 pounds heavier. The reason you are not losing weight is because of resistance. It's not just about eating well you need to work out to create resistance to lose weight. At least that is what my nutritionist says.

probably till you are 29 and than you will definetly begin to gain wieght slwoly...after kids your metabolism decreases a bit...and than after 40 U reeally have to be more careful ...dont get into a habbit of lavish eating. It will be tooo hard to change your eating habbits later. You will end up totally depressed to eat less when you have to

Mine started to slow down in my early 30's. If you dont eat like that often, you wont gain weight from 1 day.

The experts say that as you get older your metabolism slows down. So I'm guessing once you get into the 30-50 range it will probably change. I don't know though.

I was that way until I had my 2nd child (I was 23). Then it all went downhill. :/ I could and would eat anything and everything. I got used to it and now its biting me in the behind! Enjoy it while it lasts!!!!!

my metabolism started to slow down when i was about 25....try some green tea pills...you can get them at any drug store...and they're all natural.....or you can actually drink green tea
