my braces are killin me i cant eat or sleep the pain is horable wat can i do

call your dentist, they may need to loosen them a bit. my boyfriend has braces and the first day or so his mouth hurts but it goes away

Take an ibuprofin and lay down. For a few days concentrate on eating soups and jello. It WILL get better. Just give it some time. Good luck!

oh my. i had braces for 5 years. :(. hated them! try taking 2 asprin and laying down. it would also help if you didnt move around alot- will make the pain worst. if you are hungry, try some chicken noodle soup- just ask someone to make it and cut the noodles up more. you shouldnt be at your computer- because you have to support your head by yourself. so the best thing is to lay down and relax. hope this helps!!!

I had to take perscription medicine when I first had them and i have only had them for like 7 months in just like 6 days. It will get better, trust me.

Make sure when you get your wires changed monthly that they cut them all the way down (so they don't scrape the side of your mouth) and use that wax constantly.

take motrin and if ur teeth r sour chew wax(vert lightly) it hepls!
