Well it depends upon what you are drinking. I would pay heed to what one of the answerer's is saying here and check for diabetes especially if you are thirsty all the time or if you are older. But it is not necessarily so. Still better safe than sorry. It's funny but when I am thirsty and cold drinks don't do the trick, I often drink a cup of hot tea and that helps. Don't really know why but it does. I hope you find the answer to your problems.

can be what your drinking alcohol and cokes make you thirstier but if you drink water and still get thirsty a lot try going to your doc. some diseasews such as diabetes make you very thirsty.
