kate is wrong. Just don't leave your hair loose all the time. Oil the hair with good brand of oil and tie it up like big plaits all the time. Wash every alternative day with good shampoo and condition it and tie it up again. Trust me, You will see much longer hair within a month.

if u get your hair trimed often and get all the split ends cut off, it will look like your hair is longer, and you will kind of be able to notice the difference in the length of your hair. There rilly is no way to make your hair grow fasster of what i know, if there was, i would be using it all the time! but for now, this is the best i can do

I've heard that Biotin is a good supplement for hair growth, but I've not tried it. For myself, I find that there is no substitute for a healthy diet based on whole, natural foods. If you are eating nothing but junk, no supplement will bring you the healthy state needed for maximum hair growth and health of the hair. Stay away from fast food, processed foods and sugary things; eat lots of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, small amounts of lean meat. Drink lots of fresh water. If your hair (and skin) is a bit dry, try adding a bit of olive oil to your cooking or taking flax seed oil. You will see a difference!

You can buy vitamins in most stores that are specifically for growing hair and nails. I had some that were called "Hair, nails, and body" I think, and they were mostly B vitamins. Totally natural, good for you and really do help.

you can use garnier frucis lenghth and strenght shampoo and conditioner it got my hair so long i stopped using it i grew like a inch of hair in like 3 weeks...or you can buy a straightener and just straten your hair
