First to Zadium
And to the rest of the world who don't understand the song of songs from 1 to 8.
Song of Songs
is an allegorical interpretation justified its inclusion in the Biblical canon.
As according to Jewish tradition in the Midrash & the Targum, it is an allegory of God's love for the Children of Israel. In Christian tradition that began with Origen.
It is allegory for the relationship of Christ and the Church or Christ and the individual believer (see the Sermons on the Song of Songs by Bernard of Clairvaux).
This type of allegorical interpretation was applied later to even passing details in parables of Jesus. It is also heavily used in Sufi poetry.
How about this following verse in the Quran
Sex in the Quran
Your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will--2:223
Virgins await those who enter paradise. 2:25
It's OK to have sex with your wives on the night of the fast. 2:187
Have sex with your women whenever, however, and as often as you like. 2:223
Vigins await those who enter paradise. 4:57
Lot offers his daughters to a mob of angel rapers. 11:78
Lot offers his daughters to a mob of angel rapers. 15:71
You don't have to be modest around your wives or your slave girls "that your right hand possess." 23:6
But the single-minded slaves of Allah will enjoy a Garden filled with lovely-eyed virgins. 37:40-48
Female companions await those who enter the Gardens of Eden on the Day of Reckoning. 38:52
Allah will reward faithful Muslims after they die with "fair ones with wide, lovely eyes." 44:54
Allah will reward those in the Garden with beautiful wives with wide, lovely eyes. 52:20
Allah will give those in the Garden women of modest gaze whom neither man nor jinn have touched before them. 55:56
Allah will reward believing men with "fair ones" (beautiful women) in heaven. 55:71-72
Those in the Garden will be attended by immortal youths with wide, lovely eyes. 56:17-23
Allah made virgins to be lovers and friends to those on his right hand. 56:36-37
Those in the Garden will be waited on by immortal youths, as beautiful as scattered pearls. 76:19
Those in the Gardens will have maidens for companions. 78:33
and this
Narrated Jabir: Jews used to say: 'If one has sexual intercourse with his wife from the back [The vagina as clearly shown below], then she will deliver a squint-eyed child.' So this Verse was revealed:-- 'Your wives are a tilth unto you; so go to your tilth when or how you will.' (2.223) (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Prophetic Commentary on the Qur'an (Tafseer of the Prophet (peace be upon him)), Number 51)"
"Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) declared that the Jews used to say: When a man has intercourse with his wife through the vagina but being on her back. the child will have squint, so the verse came down:" Your wives are your tilth; go then unto your tilth as you may desire" (ii. 223) (Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 8, The Book of Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Number 3363)"
"Jabir (b. Abdullah) (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Jews used to say that when one comes to one's wife through the vagina, but being on her back, and she becomes pregnant, the child has a squint. So the verse came down:' Your wives are your ti'Ith; go then unto your tilth, as you may desire.' (Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 8, The Book of Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Number 3364)"
"This hadith has been reported on the authority of Jabir through another chain of transmitters, but in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Zuhri there is an addition (of these words): 'If he likes he may (have intercourse) being on the back or in front of her, but it should be through one opening (vagina).' (Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 8, The Book of Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Number 3365)"
"Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas: Ibn Umar misunderstood (the Qur'anic verse, "So come to your tilth however you will")--may Allah forgive him. The fact is that this clan of the Ansar, who were idolaters, lived in the company of the Jews who were the people of the Book. They (the Ansar) accepted their superiority over themselves in respect of knowledge, and they followed most of their actions. The people of the Book (i.e. the Jews) used to have intercourse with their women on one side alone (i.e. lying on their backs). This was the most concealing position for (the vagina of) the women. This clan of the Ansar adopted this practice from them. But this tribe of the Quraysh used to uncover their women completely, and seek pleasure with them from in front and behind and laying them on their backs.
When the muhajirun (the immigrants) came to Medina, a man married a woman of the Ansar. He began to do the same kind of action with her, but she disliked it, and said to him: We were approached on one side (i.e. lying on the back); do it so, otherwise keep away from me. This matter of theirs spread widely, and it reached the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him).
So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur'anic verse: 'Your wives are a tilth to you, so come to your tilth however you will,' i.e. from in front, from behind or lying on the back. But this verse meant the place of the delivery of the child, i.e. the vagina. (Sunan Abu-Dawud, Book 11, Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Number 2159)"
So to people how try to be mindless and speak nonsense, be sure that your holy book don't speak of sex too.
Mr Zadium, kindly explained those verse.
I hope you be at peace.

First of all - get your quotes right - Song of Solomon 8 1 - 3 reads as follows:
Song of Solomon 8
1 If only you were to me like a brother,
who was nursed at my mother's breasts!
Then, if I found you outside,
I would kiss you,
and no one would despise me.
2 I would lead you
and bring you to my mother's house—
she who has taught me.
I would give you spiced wine to drink,
the nectar of my pomegranates.
3 His left arm is under my head
and his right arm embraces me.
-----------------------
Trying to lead people astray - well lets just say you will have to account for your actions. Hope you have a hot suit.

The bible doesn't promote sexual freedom and sleeping around.
This song is between a married man and his wife. Soloman had many wives. She was one of them. Sister meaning from the same Nation or Tribe. Satan uses the bible to try to take away the "ELECT", but it won't work. It will only weed out the disbelievers who are looking for a reason. But Jesus made it so easy, People don't be mislead. Do the research for yourself!
Hebrew 13:4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

She said that she wished he were like a brother. The two characters are of vastly different social castes, he had multiple flocks with shepherds that worked for him, she was forced to watch her siblings flock. The part about him nursing at her mother's breasts alludes to an ancient custom, friends who both had children would nurse each other's children if it were necessary. She was wishing that they were of the same social caste, not literally siblings.
As far as oral sex, a lot of the views concerning sex came out of the dark ages, not the Bible. The only things banned by the Bible are bestiality, extra-marital, homosexual, and anything harmful or demeaning to either party.

There is no corrupted man-made bits of the bible. And yes, we went over the whole book in our college sunday school class. You are taking it out of context. We went over the book when we were discussing how beautiful a sexual relationship with your spouse can be if you wait for marriage and stuff like that.
This is a book of poetry, a love story, take it as such.
People need to stop taking the bible out of context and twisting it into something that it is not.

The filth is not in the words it is in your minds. This is a song of pure love. It seems that your image of love has been twisted into something that it was not intended to be. That's why you don't recognise the purity of this. As for Jesus being embarrassed, that's nut's since the song of songs was way before his birth. Children at my church are not taught this. What would be the point? They are too young understand it. We do teach it to adults and it is especially good for young adults who may get married in the coming years.

Like in many language, which ability of words exchange over the years. that's the reason scientist use lifeless language latin. you're translating words via todays standards, no longer the factors of what they have been while they have been wrote. additionally, words could have a number of distinctive which ability. yet i do agree that they are fanatics, no longer husband and spouse. Adultery is a sin that guy made up because of the fact they have been bored with dropping their different halves to distinctive guy. . . I extraordinarily doubt it exchange into one in all god's unique rules.
