The problem with the online translators is that it isn't going to translate perfectly.

In fact, it will not make as much sense unless you have someone fluent in chinese and English or you know the language yourself. I use a translator sometimes for Spanish and I know for a fact that what it gives me isn't always correct. After that, I dive for my dictionary.

Point being, there may be a translator, but it's not going to make sense to a native speaker because:
1. grammatical stuff gets screwed up.
2. definitions are not always correct
3. It makes no sense

Being a Spanish language student, I know that if I tried to translate a paper from English to Spanish using Freetransation, Babelfish, etc. It would not translate very well because of grammatical things and defintions. If I read the paper myself, I would see that it was run through a translator.

Chinese being a complex language doesn't help, In fact it will probably be even tougher to make it look like it was run through a translator.

I would discourge against it.

go to babel fish.com is a translator engine and u can translate into several different languages....this is also located in alta vista.com...by the way this is a free service
