Well there is this guy that I've known for a while an I think it's time for a kiss. The only problem is:
a) It'll be my first kiss.
b) I have braces and so does he.
I really want to kiss him. But will our braces get stuck and then everyone will know that we kissed (INCLUDING MY MOM AND DAD.) ????????
please please please help me i'm desperate!

Ok funny question one but yes I have heard stories of braces getting stuck lol. But if it's your first kiss you probably won't press so hard that it is a problem. Just be gentle so it doesn't hurt either of you. And if your freaking that your mom and dad may know... maybe your not ready lol. A kiss is nothing to be ashamed of especially if you love the guy. The best bet is that if you do decide to go for it, be gentle and don't press too hard.

Back in the day, when I had braces, as did my girlfriend, we were very careful and gentle, which makes for really nice kissing, by the way, braces or not. We never got stuck. People may have, but I'm inclined to think that the stories are urban legends. Remember, slowly, carefully and gently. Good luck.

haha no, yet you have some bumping of the braces. think of roughly it. You kiss inclusive of your lips, no? If this is soft and candy, you may have no subject, yet while that's finished-on passionate kissing, the worst you ought to get is a few bumping between the two braces.

our daughter and her bf got their braces stuck, but they admitted that they were really making out hot & heavy. Keep your kisses light and tender and lips only and keep your braces in good condition, and you shouldn't have any probs. and, yes, they were VERY embarassed. She is married and has daughter of her own. I tease her "Wait until your daughter gets braces..."
And believe it or not, your parents know that boys and girls kiss. they did when they were yr age and they still do.

i have no idea. i think its jsut when u make out. i never had a bf with braces too, and i wont make out with my bf until i get mine off. i think it owuld ruin the moment. for me, making out, and sex is supposed to b special. since i havent done neither.

nobody will know if you kiss. unless you tell someone. it will all depend what kind of braces you have.
