Actually, that's not true. Hel is for people who, "those who have died ingloriously of disease or in old age...[and] dishonourable people who have broken oaths,".
It is also ruled by Hel, who is Loki's daughter.

I don't know, i don't even know who Odin is, and even if i know who Odin is, i won't believe him/her, and no, i won't be going to hel as there is no such place as 'Hel'.
