I know many cities have banned APBT from their localities. Does anyone know which bloodline is not or a website where we can find out if taht type of breed is not allowed in my city?

The regulations vary in every local. Sometimes people living right across the street are allowed to have a brand that you are not. It depends on the law that is passed and who passes it.
You have to ask your veterinarian, but remember the laws can be changed on you, and you could be stuck. That happened to my friend, after he bought a very expensive dog.

As far as the 'bloodline' part, if they ban apbt's it will include all bloodlines and often any large mix that appears to have any pit bull in it.
