Theres this nice lady that Im interested in at work. She will only talk to me when there is no one else around. Then as soon as someone is around she will ignor me. I would like to ask her on a date but I dont know what to say to her. It confuses me. Does she like me or what. She does flirt allot with me. She is single. Also why does she ignore me when others are around?

Sounds like she likes you but is afraid of what other people think. Heres what you do. Get a good friend to bring you up in conversation with her, and have him tell her that you are a really great guy. then she possibly wont care what people are thinking, and you are on track. then again, I'm 40 and single, so what do I know.

She's probably trying to avoid starting a mess in the workplace. If you're *sure* she likes you, and you like her too, you need to ask her out as soon as you can. What have you got to lose? As long as you're not her supervisor, I think it's a good idea. Just remember to end the relationship amicably if you want to end it, or else it could blow up in your face. Go for it!

Iam almost in the same boat.She might be shy around other people in the group's.Give her time to open up.Plus she prouble do not want other people to know her stuff at work.If you know what I mean.Ask her out but only on trims.

since you work together, she may not want other co-workers to know that you two are interested in each other in case things don't work out, or even if they do, she may be scared about gossip. Maybe ask her out outside of work and see how things go.

Maybe her position at work is very senior to you and she doesn't want to get into trouble. It seems like she only sees you as an acquaintance, but it wouldn't hurt to ask her out.
