i would call your vet or local emergency clinic and get advice from them if it was a small amount he should be fine but better to be safe than sorry. goodluck hope he is ok

You should give him some peroxide that will cause him to through up and all of the toxin will come up with the rest. If you see any dramatic changes like it not being puppy like then send it to a vet but i doubt you will have a problem.

it shouldn't do too much damage to him, but if you want to be on the safe side pour hydrogen peroxide down his throat, this will cause him to throw up and entirelly empty his stomach, similar to stomach pumping for humans, just pour as much as you think will make him throw up, for a puppy it might only be like a cap full but if he doesn't throw up in a 1/2 hr pour more in

get the pup to the vet now before the bleach does permanent damage to his liver or kidneys they need to start treatment .

Try to get some milk into him or less effective a milk product.
It will neutralise the chlorine.
