I own two loving, beautiful and Nice pitbulls who would not hurt a fly. We want to see how many ignorant people there are in this big world of ours. I hear only BAD media about my loving dogs, so society gets scared of what they dont know. Any dog can be mean or aggressive it depends on the owner.. My dogs dont bite but I do...:)

Your dogs are beautiful first off.
I own one myself and I to think they are loving dogs if they are trained to be. I do wish the media would display both sides of the issue not just the negitive side. Yes some pitbulls are mean, but some poddles are mean also. Every dog is diffrent. Ban the Deed, Not the Breed.!!
Do your research if you feel all pitbull are mean or aggressive.. You'll be surprised about what you find..

really you do? hmmmm lol no but 4real i love Pitbulls and am currently doing my research on this breed and hope to attain one by the end of the year if everything goes good. The media is always saying that pitbulls are mean when in reality a study showed that some dogs were not even pitbulls at all but morphed breeds that had resembled pitbull appearances. and the other showed that some were american staffordshire terriers. So people should not believe the media take for example how the media only shows American solders torturing POW's in Iraq but why not show the images of many Iraqi people kissing and waiving american flags. Why not show both sides of the story the MEDIA sucks. And all of us should know that.

I have ALWAYS been one to beleive they are a great breed and are treated VERY unfairly and are horribly stereotyped. I think just because they were abused does not make them a bad dog, and yet so many that wouldnt hurt a fly are put to death without a trial everyday, just for being what they are, and they were actually originally bred to be with children a common nickname in olden days for them was the nursemaids dog. So yes I completley agree with u and there needs to be more people like u in the world.

I also like you, own 2 pitbulls, they are the best animals that I have ever owned. They have been raised as part of a family, along with kids and other animals. As long as they are treated with love and respect, instead of anger and violence, they are wonderful pets. The media has for many years given these animals a bad rap, which is completel unfair to the breed. There are other agressive breeds as well. It just comes down to how they are raised, just like any other.

I love pitbulls. And I think people are crazy saying that pitbulls are not good. It depends on how you treat them. I have 2 Red Nose pitbulls. They are both one year old. They would not hurt nobody. Also, I love pitbulls because I grew up around about five pitbulls.Now I'm 12 with two pretty, harmfull, big pitbulls.

We just brought a new pitbull puppy into our home........our first pitbull ever! He is so amazing and very loving.He only wants to be loved and to be around humans at all times. He cuddles with me everynight and is the greatest of foot warmers as he lays on my feet no matter where or what I am doing. He just wants to know I am there at all times. As for those people that wish to fight these dogs......WHY? Why would you wish to put another living and breathing creature thru such pain and agony? I've seen so many pics of this as we researched these dogs well before getting one.....My god.....It breaks my heart......THEY ONLY WANT TO BE LOVED!!!!! Oh and to answer your question.....YES.....we love out pitbull......LOL sorry sorta got off track....couldnt be helped.

I had a Pitbull-Sharpei mix female dog for 12 years. She was the most loving and companionable dog I have ever owned. I got her at the local animal shelter for the cost of vaccinations.

I love all kinds of dogs provided that they are treated well and raised right. I also used to own 2 pits, and they were very gentle because I raised them that way, but I know of some that are very vicious because that is how they were trained, they are fighting dogs. I agree, any dog can be mean and vicious if it is trained that way, but most people do stereotype, and listen to the negative.

It is the owners that do not teach their dogs to be have!
All dog owners need to be responsible!
BAD media is started by the owners who do not teach their dogs and care for them!
