All of them but they count as cash advances so you get hammered on the interest.

You just have to ask for them.

yes most credit card companies will send you a few check if you simply call and ask them. Just mention that there is a purchase that you want to but they only take checks or cash and they will usually send you three. But beware there are usually special terms, usually the same terms as if you did a cash advance. The terms are usually written on the back of the page that the checks come with...

Washington Mutual offers cards with 0% interest on balance transfers (with a 3% fee) OR 3% interest on balance transfers with no fee for a year. Don't make any purchases if you use the checks.

If you graduated college, see if your alumni association offers a card. Mine is 0% on EVERYTHING for a year, then 6% over prime.
