We were playing and she stole it right off my wrist. I chased her down when I caught her she was gagging and she didn't have it anymore. After that I checked on the floor, in the couch cushions, and I retraced her steps but I couldn't find it! How can I be sure she didn't swallow it? If she did, what will happen to her? I can't take her to the vet until Friday, what do I do in the mean Time?

My dog did that once but then after a while she just threw it back up. Your dog will possibly do that too! So dont worry too much, if it doesnt come out either end then you get to the vet as soon as you can (friday).
heres a site that has almost the same question!

Hope your doggie will be fine!! I'm sure she will be! (:

happens all the time, it is a cloth elastic scrunchy with no hard plastic or metal sharp parts right? if so, and the dog is not choking or having trouble breathing, it will probably be ok. the vet will tell you to watch her to see that she drinks and eats normaly.
if she still eats and drinks tomorrow morning, then you need to see if she goes to the bathroom. ( we are looking for number 2 here) if she stops having bowel movements tomorrow or the next day but she is still eating, then she may have an intestinal blockage that may require minor surgery. if the blockage is not removed she could die. but just keep an eye on her, it may pass on its own. as long as she is eating drinking and pooping, she is fine. no vet trip required. no pooping, she will die. get vet care asap.
good luck.

Hope that she didn't. Depending on the size of the dog and scrunchy, there may be trouble. It could easily cause a blockage!!!!!! Watch for vomiting and diarrhea..also for any evidence of NOT pooping, stomach discomfort, trying to gulp down water or food, and just not acting right.
Watch the poop too!!!! That way you will know if it comes through!!! It should come through by Friday if it is going to!!!!!!
Otherwise....SEE A VET!!!!!

She may be okay. My dog eats all kinds of things and has never had a problem. Keep a close eye on her for any unusual behavior. Watch her droppings, too. She should pass it out before Friday. If you don't see it, take her to the vet.

Be on the look out for very colorful poop.
You didn't specify what breed of dog. If she is a fair size, I wouldn't worry so much it may pass. Or she just may vomit sometime tonight. My Lab swallowed part of a rubber chew toy last night, about 3:am he finally threw up everthing.

watch and see if she poops it out if not i would definettly take her for x rays at your vet the scrunchy could possibly get rapped in her intestines and can cause problems i saw a dog that swallowed a sock and the dog almost died if it wasn't removed good luck
