i saw one at work today and it was huge!!! whats the best and quickest way to kill them, i dont want them following me home if that is possible.

lol, prob. the best way is to tell your boss that our place is starting to get messy and that we may need to call a (whats those ppl called?) well anyways a person who kills bugs and then have that checked out. Then you could get a shoe and stomp on it (make sure you really kill it,beacuse a cockroach can live without its head for about 7 days) then sweep it up with the broom,throw it in the trash and your good to go! Although that may not work if you have lots of them tell your Janitor to get some cockaroch spay and start sparying in some very nasty places, but they prob. came from the outside beacuse you ppl are eating so muh things and you aren't cleaning after yourself so they sense the smell of food and just make thier selfs home.Oh yea! One more thing, I dont really think acockaroch will follow you home unless it gets hold of some or your belongings and stays in there. Hopefully I helped you out a liitle bit!

Well, first of all, what does killing a cockroach have to do with education? But anyways, poison it or get that bug killer, there is a cockroach killer though if you can find it.

Stomp down hard and grind. Wear heavy shoes. They crunch and are difficult to kill.

Step on it! Listen for the crunch! Call an exterminator. And yes, they can follow you home so beware!

Spray cleaner, like 409 or greased lightening. It takes the waxy coating off of them and they diiiiieeeee!!!!!

yup, try hair spray or something. what i do, is i get one of those small little water guns, and i put all kinds of junk in it, and squirt them. I would also keep a fly swatter near, because they don't always die.

Smother it with MAPLE SYRUP.
This is the only sure fire method that will not only kill the roach but also the hundreds of eggs it may be carrying.
