To be quite frank, I do it regularly. It neutralizes the chlorine of the pool and makes me temporarily warm. Bathing suits are definitely a pain to remove, especially my three-pieces which take forever just to put on.

Heck no.
As an avid swimmer when you hit the bathroom, you don't pull down your whole suit, you pull the bottom part away from your leg and go that way. After a few years of swim team you learn this trick because who wants to keep pulling down a wet swim suit! (This method when done right does not get any urine on you or your suit either).

I did once when I was little, but my mom told me that they put a certain chemical in the pool that reacted with your pee and made the water turn red and it followed you around the pool, so I didn't do it after that.

I am a woman and there are ways to use the bathroom when your suit is very wet in the toilet. WHen I was a kid I did that. But I'm an adult now. Come on! Thats gross!!!!

I did it as a child. My mother would buy me the type of swim suits that could not come off easily. Yes I sort of felt guility
