Well I just wouldnt answer the phone next time! He is just a little late.He snooze ,He lose!

I was always told to wait at least 24 hours before calling a girl. Waiting 3 days is considered acceptable. After 5 or 6 days, forget it and on to the next one.

He's trying to not look desperate. There's a lot of pressure to find the right balance between appearing too desperate and appearing not interested enough. Things worked out well with the last girl I waited 3 days to call after getting her number. We've been married for 6 years now.

Yes well, 3 days is a long time for him to call. I don't know if it's playing games but it is rude for him to wait three days. I mean if it has to take that long he shouldn't have the number anyway.

Well this depends, when did he say he would call you? Did you get in a fight? What is his carrer like? What is his social life like? All these considered its preety hard to answer that question....and mabey he is waiting for you to call, guys can be nervous. Mabey try calling and talking the situation out with him.

no I don't think so because when I met my husband it took me about a month to call him and I wasn't playing games with him he called me every day for about month and I had to get my stuff together because I knew he was going to be the man that I was to marry so I had to get all the other men out of my life and let all my friends know ahead of time that all my running had to stop because in the next couple of days I was going to be going out with the man that was going to be my husband and we got married one year later and we just celebrated our eight-tenth anniversary

Yes, I do think its a bit childish.....its like hes doing it just to see if he can get away with it.....like after he says "I'll call you"....and your phone rings a week later.....I'm in that situation right now...and it sorta sucks

Yes it is. You need a man. I haven't experienced that since high school. He is waiting to see if you will call him..Really silly. He must be young. Get you someone in your 40's.

I figure if he calls and he is interested in you, who cares how long it was before he called....I mean three days isnt eternity, right? Give him a break....if you like him be thankful he called period.
