Yes, Wow, I never thought I would run into anyone with this! I've had this since I was 12. The first time it happened, I thought I was dying. I was fully aware, but totally unable to move. Then , I learned what it was when I got to high school. In psychology class. I also learned that it happens to me, mainly when I try to sleep on my back. Or if my neck is in a weird position. Any other time it doesn't happen. I cannot say I enjoy it , it feels so weird. I hear a buzzing when it starts to happen now and I am able to "shift " out of it. Take care.

Everyone is supposed to have sleep paralysis at certain stages of sleep.
