I'm 13 and I like this guy who is my age. He is really sweet and cute and I am really sure that he likes me. I want to ask him out but I'm just not sure how to because I've never asked a guy out before, my ex-boyfriend asked me out. How should I ask him?

If you get a chance to talk to him alone in a casual situation, turn the subject to movies. Ask him about a movie that will come out soon and if he thinks it sounds good or funny. (A comedy is always a good bet.) If he says yes, say that you want to see it, too, and then say that maybe you should go together. If he says no, you can just blow it off and say you'll see it with a friend or something, then change the subject. If he says yes, then you have a date! Good luck. Girl power to you!

Scenario:
Guy walks alone across school yard/street whatever
Girl closes in from behind jabs him in the side(for fun) and rapidly asks "so are you doing anything tonight/tomorrow/fill in the blanks"
Guy is suprised by this stunning girl and immidiately answers yes !

Start a conversation. Then slide it in there somewhere. Just act calm and be patient boys tend to not be able to make up there minds. (Don't ask) see how that works. Just remember be calm! Don't freak him out by saying DO YOU WANT TO GO OUT WITH ME???? PLEASE SAY YES! and then if he says yes. Don't be like YAY really loud. Just say cool. And act natural but still be excited. If you know what i mean. I hope that works!

If he's interested, he'll ask you out. If you don't believe me, and still wanna ask him out - trust me, he likes you, he asks you out - why don't you ask him to go to the movies with you one day, or go to the park, or out for lunch. Boys are stupid, especially at that age, so make sure, when you're out, to tell him that it's a date. Otherwise, he'll think you're just two friends hanging out.
