Israel will if it goes all out. But a stalemate forced by the UN or US could happen.

First of all I dont think its very considerate of you to say something like "Israel should kick Lebanon's ***". There are innocent civilians on BOTH sides of this battle, and choosing one over the other is just cruel. Also, to answer your question, I dont think either is going to win. I think the only way anything is going to get resolved is through diplomacy -- they have to sit down and work out their differences. Neither side is going to give up any time soon, and the longer this goes on the more people are gonna die.

Kick Lebanon's ***, what are you, 5? First of all, Bush is the one who gave the green light to attack, and it was never about the 2 soldiers in the first place, and guess what its not about Lebanon or HezbAllah, its about Iran, they want to get to Iran. Do you know what that means, the end of man kind, tell me something, what the USA , Israel and Iran have in common, Nukes, if they started attacking Iran that will be it for us. Kick Lebanon's ***, no, is going to be all of us who will be *** kicked

peppermint is on the right track. Hard to see anyone winning this. Doesn't seem like the Lebanese people will forget the Israeli bombs or the Israelis the Hezbollah rockets. Lebanon isn't even fighting, it is just being damaged by both Israel and hijacked by Hezbollah. Only long term victory is if Lebanon and Israel both defeat Hezbollah.

Theyre matched. you know why? because the united states supports israel and gives em wheapons while Iran is with lebanon and Iran has oil and oil trades well for wheapons in the US. personaly, I think some people support israel because the goverment supports it. but lebanon is just defending itself. after all, israel aready won over the holy lands so what more could it want. I'm leaning slightly to lebanon. sorry to disapoint you, really. sorry. best choice: peace treaty

Israel has nukes, so if it really comes down to national survival (which I don't think this fight will), Israel will absolutely triumph.
But on the smaller scale, Israel was unable to crush Hezbolah in 18 years of Lebanese occupation, so if you define "win" in terms of solving that problem, I doubt there will be a winner on either side -- the problem will remain after Israeli troops are back in Israel.

Lebanon. Israel took 2 weeks to get into 2 villages (not even fully there) and they a;ready killed 390 people. International pressure will stop there attacks on lebanon. Then they will stop and the zionists will hopefully get hit by more rockets over and over by hizballah. Israel sux and are gay.

what's this a soccer game to you. no person wins wars because of the fact there is often yet another conflict to combat. in case you would be able to reason a conflict because of the fact somebody exchange into taken hostage then all you surely could salary conflict is have help out of your united states adult men. Wars are made via some adult men and it basically advantages those peoples time table and people who aligned themselves with that united states. Do you care extra approximately your loved ones or your government? I care extra approximately my family individuals and that i care extra with regard to the human beings of Israel and Lebanon then I do approximately their government. The family individuals over there are being kill and that i do no longer think of they care who wins i think of they choose peace for as quickly as of their lives. This conflict has been going for years and years and we are nonetheless on the comparable place. conflict isn't the respond and who ever "WINS" could have gained no longer something.

I think you know the answer to that. The Hezbollah terrorists don't stand a chance against the United States of America backed military of Israel. Israel has been fighting wars much larger than this since 1947, and came out as the winner every time. I think Hezbollah should keep fighting, so Israel can finish them off.

Israel. Look at their track record. Unless Iran pulls out the big guns to help Hezbollah, it should work out in Israel's favor. Even then, Israel still has a good chance.
