Would the plan help the American economy?

yes it is possible...no it willl not happen. Hillary Clinton, her thighness, tried and failed to create a plan like this. It is the democrat's dream to get government provided health care for everyone. This would be a disaster to the economy and the quality of health care would decline. You would also not be able to select whatever doctor you wanted to.

Yes it is possible but the government won't do it. Hillary Clinton had a plan to address this when her husband was the president, but the plan was shot down. I believe universal insurance would help the economy because we would have a healthier work force. We would, however, have higher taxes and that may hurt the economy. I am not an economist though, just a social worker that sees the negative impact of the large number of uninsured people in our society.

It would be possible if everything is taxed even more. Then people would complain about things costing more while getting a free eye exam and glasses .

you wouldnt want it if they could.... no decent Dr is going to do government work for far less than they can get in private sector
