he does this alot, albert is a 4 year old male tabby in a single cat house hold.

I have a feral outside cat that "came" with our house. The only time you hear him is when he has caught something and is walking around with it in his mouth!!!!!!!!!!

That's cute. My cat does the same thing. Usually she's trying to get our attention when she does it. She comes up to us with her toy and meows until we look at her and talk to her or touch her or something like that.

My cat, Lucy, does that all the time. It really freaked me out the first time she did it (she was about 3) because it sounded like she was hurt or sick or something. But no...she just wanted to 'present' me with her gift.
Oh my gosh...I am so glad they aren't real kill...because I wake up and those toys will be in my bed!!!!!

He thinks its a real Mouse and is going after prey..thasnk goodness it isnt the real thing...My cats have brough me the real thing in thier mouths and I have had to clean it up...

I don't know but my cat used to do this with the plastic rings that come off the milk jug lids. It was hilarious.

omg my cat does thay all the time and i've been trying to figure out why he does this but i cant. anything he puts in his mouth from toys to little papers and pill bottles, or tennis balls. anything he can fit in his mouth and carries it and meows loudly. maybe it because he wants attention or something. idk but i think its so cute.lol

It's a cat thing. The "mouse" is his prey as felines are predatory animals and he's letting it be known he's "got" something and that it is "his".
