my new manager keeps cutting hours on me,should i call the boss

Nope, the worst thing you can do is go over your bosses head. That is career suicide. You will have to learn to get along with the new boss or I suspect your hours will be cut more. For some reason you have put on the bad list.

Better yet, you may want to start looking for a new job as it looks like they are trying to do a constructive discharge. This means cutting your hours to get you to quit.

You could also go to unemployment and get paid for the loss of hours. That would stop them from doing that again.

I'm really sorry you're having problems.
First, talk to him to see if he'll/she'll tell you why your hours are being cut, and let him/her know that this is bothering you.

Then, if you're not happy with the answer, or with your boss, start looking for another job. Going over his/her head is a bad idea...

Ask him for more hours, or more stuff to do. But dont go over his head untill your ready to find another job.

Always lay the charges on the bridge before you burn them.
